What does a corporate retreat in Victoria Falls include?
A three night Victoria Falls retreat covers accommodation, a conference venue with AV, all airport and activity transfers, one facilitated team building session, a private Zambezi sunset cruise and a safari game drive, invoiced to the company as one per delegate rate. Adrenaline extras such as bungee, rafting or helicopter flights are added per delegate who opts in.

What is the minimum and maximum team size for a retreat?
Corporate rates start at 8 delegates and we run retreats up to 150, using conference venues in town and split lodge blocks.
What's included and excluded in a corporate retreat?
Included: accommodation, conference venue and AV, all transfers, facilitated team building, a private Zambezi cruise, and a dedicated Seongo Group Travel coordinator on site. Excluded: flights, visas, insurance, and optional adrenaline activities such as bungee or rafting.
Can you invoice a company and issue tax documents?
Yes. We invoice companies directly in USD, with flexible payment methods and plans, and supply itemised documentation for finance and audit purposes.
What safety protocols apply to team building activities?
Only licensed operators are used, with certified guides, briefed safety ratios, signed indemnities and a medical evacuation contact for every high adrenaline activity.
How many days do you need for a corporate retreat?
Three nights works best: one arrival and strategy evening, one full conference day with an afternoon activity, and one adventure or safari day before departure.
