On the ground, we handle

  • Transport for the full stay
  • A day by day schedule built around your group's preferences
  • A single contact person for the whole trip.

Start with your group and travel dates

For a group travelling from Harare, start by agreeing who is coming, the preferred dates and the purpose of the visit. A school tour needs a different pace from a church outing, a company retreat or a family gathering. Share an estimated number first, then explain which details are still being discussed so the plan reflects what your organiser actually knows.

For December or April holidays, allow at least two months and begin earlier where possible. Before asking everyone to commit, identify your preferred dates and an alternative. This gives your organiser a clear starting point for discussing accommodation and transport rather than collecting separate suggestions from every member.

Connect the journey with the local schedule

Tell us how your group expects to reach Victoria Falls and when it expects to arrive. The transport options are reviewed against your numbers. Your arrival time matters because a long journey should not be followed by a tightly packed programme that leaves no time to settle into accommodation.

If members are travelling separately or arriving on different days, share those details at the start. Staggered arrivals can form part of one itinerary. Make clear which activities everyone wants to do together so the main group experiences are planned around the people who need to be there.

Choose activities that fit the purpose

A guided falls visit, a safari and time on the Zambezi offer different experiences. Instead of trying to include everything, agree what matters most to your group and how much free time you want. Teachers can use the school tour page to review curriculum linked stops, while church organisers can review the fellowship itinerary.

For family and private groups, share the age range, walking preferences and any needs that could affect the pace. Accommodation, local transport and the daily schedule are built around your group, not simply copied from another itinerary.

Prepare a useful group enquiry

Send your estimated group size, dates, expected arrival arrangements, accommodation preferences and an indication of budget. Say whether that budget is intended to cover the local stay only or the whole journey from Harare, so the scope of the request is clear.

Choose one organiser to collect questions and share updates. Seongo Group Travel provides a single contact for the trip, keeping the accommodation, transport and activity discussions together. Your enquiry is the place to raise meal preferences and access needs before a proposed schedule is prepared.

Questions we get asked

What transport options are available for a group our size?

We review this based on your numbers and advise accordingly.

What's the lead time for December or April holidays?

Two months minimum, earlier where possible.

Can you manage a group arriving on different days?

Yes, staggered arrivals are planned for as part of the itinerary.

What should our organiser send for a first quote?

Send your estimated numbers, preferred dates, expected arrival arrangements, accommodation preferences and budget. Mention whether the group is travelling for school, church, work or a private visit, and identify its main activity priorities.

Will everyone need to follow the same activity schedule?

Tell us which experiences your group wants to share and which interests differ. The itinerary is built around those preferences, so discuss optional activities and free time when the programme is being planned.
