Choose a dinner and cruise comboBegin with the group's own organiser
Whether you are planning for family members, friends, a corporate team or a private travel club in Germany, choose one person to bring the group's requirements together. That person can share the dates, estimated numbers and interests, then discuss the local plan directly with Seongo Group Travel.
Aim to provide numbers around three months ahead so accommodation and activity options can be considered. Explain which parts of the enquiry are confirmed and which remain flexible. If your group has a fixed travel window, identify that before choosing the daily programme.
Connect accommodation with the daily pace
Accommodation should fit more than the headcount. Share the room arrangements your group prefers, the budget it is working within and any needs that may affect where people stay. Those details help shape a practical schedule alongside transfers and activities.
Tell us when the group expects to reach Victoria Falls and leave again. An arrival day with limited time should be treated differently from a full day at the destination. If travellers are arriving separately, provide those details so shared activities can be discussed around the group's actual availability.
Build a balanced local programme
A paced schedule can include the falls, safari and a Zambezi cruise without making every day equally busy. Agree which experiences are central to the visit and where your group wants free time. Private travel clubs may want to compare interests before selecting activities so the organiser has a clear brief.
Review the seasonal guide before fixing your priorities. The appearance of the falls and the suitability of some activities vary with conditions. Discuss the experiences you want rather than assume every option will operate in the same way throughout the year.
Send the information needed for a proposal
Your enquiry should include dates, estimated numbers, accommodation preferences, arrival details and an indication of budget. Mention walking preferences, access needs and meal requirements that need discussion. Keep essential activities separate from optional ideas so the proposed programme has clear priorities.
Visa requirements are confirmed for the group before travel. One contact person coordinates the full local trip directly with whoever is organising in Germany. This gives your group a consistent place to discuss changes to rooms, timings and the daily plan rather than a series of separate local bookings.
