Planning to Visit Victoria Falls from the UK
Planning a group trip from overseas means the local arrangements require the most coordination. That is the part this service is built to handle.
We coordinate group trips for families, churches, schools and private groups travelling from the UK. Once your group lands, accommodation, transport and the day to day schedule are already arranged.
What we take care of
- Transfers from the airport to your accommodation
- Rooms booked to fit your group
- A full Victoria Falls itinerary
- One contact person, from your first enquiry to the day you leave.

A guided tour of the Falls with time for viewpoints and a relaxed afternoon. Gather for the Boma dinner and drum show in the evening.
Day 3 · Safari and shared time
A game drive, then free time for your family, church, school or company programme. Ask about optional animal experiences or a scenic helicopter flight.
Day 4 · Departure or an extra day
Depart after breakfast with a prearranged airport transfer. For a five day stay, use this day for an optional Chobe full day safari at US$220 per person, subject to availability and entry requirements.

Choose a dinner and cruise comboAgree the local part of your overseas trip
For a group travelling from the UK, separate the journey to Southern Africa from the arrangements you need in Victoria Falls. Seongo Group Travel coordinates the local accommodation, transport and daily schedule. Explain whether Victoria Falls is your main destination or one stop within a longer trip so the itinerary fits the time you actually have.
Start planning at least three months ahead, particularly for December. A first enquiry does not need every detail to be final, but it should include your likely dates, estimated numbers and the experiences that matter most. Flag any dates that cannot change.
Bring separate arrivals into one itinerary
Families, church groups, schools and private groups may not all arrive together. Share each party's expected arrival and departure details, and identify the point at which everyone will be ready for shared activities. Multiple arrival points can be planned under one itinerary.
Allow time to settle in after the journey rather than put the busiest activities immediately after arrival. Discuss room preferences and any walking or access needs before the programme is set. Airport transfers and rooms can then be considered alongside the pace of the stay.
Choose a programme your whole group can enjoy
Use the experiences page to compare falls visits, safari and river activities, then choose a small set of priorities. A group with different interests can still share its main experiences without requiring every person to take part in every optional activity.
Church organisers can review the dedicated church itinerary, and teachers can review the educational stops on the school page. For family groups, discuss ages and the balance between organised outings and free time. The itinerary is built around your group rather than an assumed style of travel from the UK.
Prepare the organiser's enquiry
Send your estimated numbers, travel window, accommodation preferences, budget and expected arrival arrangements. If the budget includes flights or other destinations, say so. Confirm what the local quote covers before using it to collect commitments from group members.
Visa requirements are confirmed for the group ahead of travel rather than assumed from where the journey starts. One contact person handles the local coordination from the first enquiry to departure. Keep your group's questions together so changes to dates, rooms or activities are discussed in the same place.
Questions UK groups ask
What's the visa situation?
Current requirements are confirmed for your group ahead of travel.
How early should we start planning?
Three months is a reasonable minimum, particularly around December.
Our group is arriving in two separate parties but wants one itinerary. Can you do that?
Yes, this can be planned around multiple arrival points under one itinerary.
What if Victoria Falls is one stop on our African journey?
Share the destinations before and after Victoria Falls and your expected local arrival and departure times. The local accommodation, transfers and daily programme can then be planned around that part of your journey.
How do we choose activities for a group with different interests?
Identify the experiences everyone wants to share, then mention optional interests, walking preferences and the amount of free time you want. Those details help shape a programme suited to the group.
